Biography

Katya-Anna Taguti (Ekaterina Kozlova) was born in Riga; her father is the artist Yakov Kozlov, a representative of the academic school of Russian painting. Katya graduated from the Moscow Art Academic. He works in various mediums: from graphics and painting to sculpture and installations. Her works are represented in museums and private collections. Katya Taguti lives and works in Chisinau (Moldova).

This project intertwines personal and collective narratives, offering a space for reflection, healing, and transformation. It highlights the Factory’s legacy as a place where creativity and community converge, making it a powerful contender for the “Institution of the Year” nomination, which was presented at the Cosmoscow Fair.
